A world without Reader

My Reader stats say it all: “Since October 7, 2005 you have read a total of 247,468 items”. Or about 30k items a year, or 590 items a week, or 84 items a day. I may have a problem. But I’m not sure if that would be more or less if I read the paper every day. How many “items” are in the Dallas News on a given day?

Obligatory Starting a New Job Post

Whenever you switch jobs, there is a trend to blog about it. Along with that, there is a formula involved: announce, give history, praise current position, talk up new position, and finally recruit for your new company. So, as not to disappoint – and not to deviate from the formula, here I go…

It’s time once again for the May 1st Reboot (or better known in some circles as the CSS reboot). This time around I found a more non-traditional blog style template (hemingway) and remixed it a bit.

In fact, I liked hemingway so much, that I also used it (again, with some remixing) for my photoblog metrolifestyle.

A Strategy

Yes I have a strategy. No really. I currently have three blogs, this will be my fourth. Each has a purpose and now that this forth blog is up, I’m ready for the fifth. This will be where I post my more coherent writings, things I feel will be useful to others.
