I co-founded and helped scale geniant from the ground up, growing the company from zero to nearly 100 employees in under three years. My role spanned shaping go-to-market and growth strategies; consulting on UX, product discovery, and client strategy; integrating acquisitions; and developing service offerings that resonated with executive leaders.

What began as an idea to create a new kind of consultancy—one that could bridge design, strategy, and emerging technology—quickly became a force in the market. I helped launch geniant as part of the senior management team, scaling it from zero to nearly 100 employees in under three years, shaping its go-to-market strategy, service offerings, and client engagements.

At its core, geniant operates on an Insights, Experiences, and AI-First framework:

  • Insights: Proprietary research and analytics reveal the customer and employee moments that most drive loyalty.

  • Experiences: These insights are transformed into seamless journeys spanning digital products, physical environments, and human interactions.

  • AI-First: Enterprises are guided toward embedding AI into products, workflows, and decisions, enabling faster value creation and sustainable growth.

  • Supported the launch of a new experience consulting company from zero to nearly 100 employees in under three years, shaping go-to-market and growth strategies.

  • Consulted on UX, product discovery, and strategy for geniant’s clients.

  • Developed service offerings and sales enablement materials that equipped teams to win new business from C-Level B2B buyers.

  • Developed and led innovative research and discovery engagements in emerging areas of workplace design, leading to buzz in the marketplace.

  • Improved win rates by educating C-Level stakeholders on product development, which contributed to meaningful revenue growth across key accounts.

  • Integrated AI tools into our product marketing efforts and supported the development of new consulting AI offerings.
