As the Director of UX (with an over 50-person consulting team) and later VP of Customer Experience, focused on driving company growth, I helped shape the company’s explosive growth by shaping design strategy, leading product marketing, guiding acquisitions, and partnering with enterprise clients to deliver innovative, customer-centered solutions.
